30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at support@wolmart.com or call 1-800-234-5678 to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label. Drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Important Information
Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, a ₦5,000.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
